Is Drinking allowed in Christianity?

Question: "Drinking alcohol is sin and He (Jesus) used to drink wine?"

Explanation:

Intoxication is sin. Grape juice that is not alchoholic can be consumed and I believe what you see Jesus turning water into wine was actually grape juice. And limited amount of alcohol for health purposes was allowed that is why Paul says 1 Tim 5:23 No longer drink only water, but use a little wine for your stomach's sake and your frequent infirmities.
